You can delete or suspend your account by following the instructions on the Site, and we will either keep or delete your account in accordance with this Agreement.

- You are obligated to protect your registration information and are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. If you suspect any unauthorized or illegal activity, you must immediately notify BodyAccel. BodyAccel will not be responsible for damages or losses resulting from non-compliance with any of these provisions.
- All statements you make on the Site are considered public information accessible to third parties. By posting content, you agree to take full legal responsibility for it. If you wish to keep your statements private, please refrain from posting them on the Site.
- Business Development and Modifications
You understand and acknowledge that, in relation to business development, BodyAccel may modify, suspend, restrict, terminate, or revoke access to services at any time, without prior notice.
BodyAccel may also include advertisements in our services. By using our services, you agree to the display of advertisements and other promotions from us or our affiliates and partners.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to suspend any content that violates applicable laws, the terms of this Agreement, or infringes upon the rights or safety of others. This includes but is not limited to, removing illegal or infringing content, suspending violators’ access, saving relevant data, and reporting to authorities when necessary, as required by applicable laws.
Some of our Services may require the use of third-party networks, such as application markets or theme markets. You are responsible for any associated communication or service fees. We recommend contacting your service providers for any additional charges related to value-added services.

- User Content
User Content refers to all content (including your information, images, music, etc.) that you upload, release, or share through the Site and BodyAccel Services. You are solely responsible for such content and bear all risks associated with its disclosure.
By uploading, releasing, or engaging with content through the Site and BodyAccel Services, you automatically grant BodyAccel a global, irrevocable, non-exclusive, sub-licensable, transferable, royalty-free license to use this content for the purposes of providing BodyAccel products and services, as well as improving them. This license includes the right to copy, publish, display, create derivative works, and use your content in combination with other works. You also authorize us to use your user account (excluding personal information) for these purposes.
We will share your content and personal information only with designated recipients. You irrevocably waive any and all ownership, legal, and moral rights to the User Content you provide.
