Cancellation policy

Subscription purchases

A subscription is a recurring purchase. Your selected products, price and delivery interval are shown before checkout. Unless cancelled in accordance with this policy, future orders are charged automatically on the schedule you select.

Minimum subscription commitment

Subscriptions require a minimum of 2 subscription orders. Cancellation of future renewals is available after this minimum commitment has been completed.

Cancelling the next renewal

To cancel the next renewal, complete your cancellation at least 3 days before the next scheduled charge. Review your next billing date before submitting a cancellation.

Visit Manage subscription to review your subscription and available account options. If you need help cancelling, contact service@bodyaccel.com before the same deadline and include your order number.

Orders already charged or shipped

Cancelling future renewals does not itself cancel or refund an order already charged or shipped. For return requests, review our Refund Policy.

Nothing in this policy limits any statutory rights that apply to your order.
